Lovingly restored with much consideration, Landhaus sits on 2.5 acres in the small hamlet of Bethany, in the beautiful Barossa Valley.

Landhaus offers spacious bespoke accommodation amongst the vines with an art flavour. Choose from the gorgeous self contained original cottage for two, the new ‘gallery’ addition for four or hire the entire beautiful property for six adults.

‘The Gallery’, the modern addition of the property, is the place to relax and revitalise, perfect for four adults. Enjoy a slow start to the morning after sleeping in one of two plush king beds, soak in the tub, or nourish yourself with a cooked breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen.  Explore all the beautiful Barossa has to offer or simply watch the world go by in front of the open fireplace.

The Landhaus including the original 1842 Herdsman Cottage is a special place to stay, ideal for six adults. With three luxury appointed kingsize bedrooms, two bathrooms, multiple living and cooking spaces. Enjoy the big skies and stunning sunsets in the landscaped gardens overlooked by our shiraz vineyard. Available from June 2025.
